A little bit behind, but wanting to list God's gifts from the holiday times...
- Scott's brother's family visiting
... And us realizing why our nephew Kevin greeted Scott with: "You look just like my dad!"
- Kevin taunting the girls, and them thinking it was so funny
- The older kids playing games
... And the younger ones trying to get into the action, too
- Meal times at the little table
... And the meals inevitably ending with the boys picking on the girls
- A whole family hike
... And Kevin helping his little brother Steven through the tricky parts
- All the kids getting a ride with Grandpa on the tractor to help move the swing set
- Puddles! Rain after months of dryness
- Adrianna working on her Fourth of July Lite Brite picture in the dark bathroom, so that she would see what it looked like
... And her using plain black paper to figure out how to make her own design
- Abel's constant love of "Yogurt Smoothies!"
- Adrianna revealing her Lite Brite design to the family after dark
... And them all being so sweet with "Ooohs" and "Ahhs"
- Another hike with the family

- Taking a road trip to see my family
... And finding Abel a Bob the Builder water bottle at a gas station stop
... And it being great entertainment for him in the car

- Arriving at my dad and step-mom's condo with enough time to hang out with them before nightfall
... And them watching the kids so that Scott and I could go shopping... only to find out that the stores were all closing when we arrived, but getting a fun night out with my husband anyway
- My dad being willing to play Monopoly with my kids
... And Abel actually winning
- The kids being troupers, as we went from store to store in the outlet mall
... And my dad and Debbie helping us watch them, so that we could shop
- My sister Catherine arriving with her family
... And squeezing us all in to eat together
... And Catherine's yummy homemade non-fried refried beans
- My sister Julie Anne arriving with her family
- Taking all the kids to play at the best park
... And Adrianna having her first hint of success on the monkey bars
- Stalking another family to take photos of ALL of us
... And the pictures actually turning out
- Abel helping Scott do the dishes
- Adrianna and her cousin Olivia painting nails
- Gathering at the next door condo where Julie Anne stayed to utilize the deck eating space for all of us
- Laughing at the "crackling fire" video available on YouTube (Netflix?)
- Getting to know my newest nephew
- Watching Adrianna loving the time with her cousins
- Chess after breakfast
- The boys being enamored with the riding lawn mower below
- Abel enjoying visiting his boy cousins at their condo... and getting to play with their toys (after having been deprived in our condo -- no room to bring ours)
- A family scavenger hunt that Grandma Debbie set up
... And all the fun things we discovered around the condo complex
- Family devotion time at the top of our hike
- Play time in the rented room
... And time celebrating Grandma Debbie's birthday
- Adrianna bumping her head at the park in the last minute there as we were leaving for the last time
... And Catherine finding her crying, bleeding profusely
... And getting right in at the ER
... And the cut being minor and only needing a little glue
.... And Adrianna's pain being minimal and her recovery swift
... And Uncle Chris playing trains with Abel as he waited for us to return from the hospital

- God's provision for safe travels and sweet family memories
